Our Directors have authorized and set forth a stringent code of Business Ethics that we follow diligently to ensure the best industry standards and practices as well as effective corporate governance at all times. Transparency of operations as well as internal quality assurance maintained by Invensis has helped prove our competence to our customers and top management.
The policy has been designed to include the following key aspects of business governance:
- To ensure maintenance of proper decorum in workplace by Invensis personnel. The policy is instrumental in effectively preventing, detecting as well as reporting and addressing of any claim of misconduct or violation of law within the organization.
- To uphold supreme ethical standards by Invensis workforce as per the standard guidelines.
- To abide by the government laws and regulations as well as the standard code of business ethics and conduct set forth by the government operating in the regions hailed by our clients. The latter is applicable to the Invensis team collaborating with the particular client assigned according to the given area of expertise.
- To ensure compliance of standards and practices by our suppliers and collaborators transacting with us on a regular basis.
In order to guarantee proper and effective implementation of the code of business ethics, regular training and communication supplemented by appropriate delegation of authority is followed by Invensis. All new personnel inducted by Invensis go through an extensive induction program whereby they are familiarized with the policies and disciplinary measures laid down by the organization. Regular audits and monitoring facilitate in maintaining the desired standards at all times.
