Mr. Ari Kesari Kanchanapalli

An ambitious and optimistic Business Executive with vast experience in IT industry and proven abilities in strategic planning, managing projects, improving efficiency of operations and team building, Ari Kesari is known to capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenues, profits and growth. His skill set includes strong general and P&L management, quick grasp on complex concepts and ability to analyze and interpret ideas into a logical strategy. His insightful identification of areas of strength and weakness and implementation of company policies, standards, changes in operation and systems that optimize productivity and bottom line.

Mrs. Anupa Rongala

Anupa has been managing business and outsourcing/offshoring related affairs and activities for a long time now. With a deep understanding of the BPO industry and strong educational background in Information Technology, she has been resposnible for prospecting new business opportunities from overseas markets and has contributed hugely to the company by paving the way for new alliances and partnerships with a lot of high profile businesses. She has also been one of the prime faces of this company and has been representing Invensis at all major tradeshows, conference and client meetups.

Mr. Gopinadh Gulipalli

Gopi has extensive experience in the BPO segment and has worked with both Operations and Business Development. He has experience of the complete project lifecycle for small, medium and large projects. At Invensis, he played varied roles including Project Lead, Team Leader, IT Systems, Compliance and Operations, Consulting and Business Analyst. He has an excellent communication skill set on business requirements and functional specifications to the team and review development at various stages to ensure that the deliverable performs as expected. He played a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Mr. Senthil Kumaran

Senthil has been leading the Finance & Accounts Services team at Invensis for quite a few years now which executes processes like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger & Reconciliation. He himself specializes in accounting, auditing and all aspects of financial management. His contribution to the company has been vital in terms of the operation and development of the Financial Services department.

Mr. Venkata Ramana V

Venkata has been with this company from the very beginning and has been vital for the growth and escalation of the Logistics and Customs Brokerage Department. He has proven to be a very efficient and result oriented manager for the team that executes processes like Bill of Lading Preparation and Customs Invoice Processing. He is a self-motivated and hard working person and is an asset to the core team of Invensis.

Mr. Balaji N

Balaji has been the backbone of the Call Center at Invensis. He has diligently managed all the processes in the Call Center department at Invensis. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional which added to the quality assurance of this department and has helped the company to achieve a 100% CSAT, which has been very valuable to the organization in expanding the call center services.

Mr. Arvind Rongala

Arvind brought scores of fresh ideas and strategies to this organization. He has been central in the promotion and branding of Invensis and has leveraged the company’s participation in various key industry conferences and tradeshows across the world. Apart from his vigorous business development efforts, he is also managing the Marketing team by expending his expertise in Internet Marketing, SEO, Web Analytics and Social Media.

Mr. Mallikarjun Patil

Mallikarjun has over 5 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He is responsible for managing all organizational technologies and providing technical support and training. His primary duties include analyzing systems and processes, maintaining workstations and networks, and overseeing optimal performance of Web-based applications. He has been supervising the IT team that assures smooth operation of the entire organization by handling all the vital technical issues.

Mr. Rajesh S

Rajesh is involved in the Invensis Quality Management System and IT Development activities. He handles Quality management activities like planning and implementation of quality system policies & procedures of the processes and implementation of ISO specification standards and Internal audits of the Organization. He has over a decade experience in the IT & ITES sector on Software Project Management, CMM Level 4 and ISO standards certifications. His contribution has been vital in maintaining the quality standards in this facility, which is one of our foremost concerns as an offshore BPO Services Provider.
