There are a lot of factors that made this possible, the most important being the exemplary leadership that this company is fortunate to have. In this space on our website, we want to briefly introduce these visionaries who have guided and steered the expansion and advancement of this company.
Mr. Vara Prasad Rongala
Founder and Managing Director
Mr Vara Prasad Rongala, a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of work experience has served as founder and director of quite a few successfully running companies during the course of his glorious career. He has extensive experience in the ITES segment – both Operations and Business Development globally. His understanding of the BPO segment, that is vital in helping today's businesses to remain focused on core competencies, has been helpful not only to Invensis, but also to all the companies that availed the benefit of our services by forming offshore alliances.
Ever since childhood, he had aspired to be an entrepreneur and has been able to live his dream owing to his resolute and clear-sighted mindset. He started by joining the family business of gas stations soon after his graduation in 1981, and went on to start modern rice processing unit just two years later. During this period, he also completed his articles in Chartered Accountancy. Soon after, in 1985, he started a logistics company for transportation of cryogenic gases. Towards the end of the millenium, in 1998, he started a CAD/CAM services company under the name of Virtual Tech Solutions, which later morphed into Invensis Technologies (read more on the founding story here).
Mr Rongala is a Life Member of The Indian National Trust For Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH), a non-profit organization involved in protecting and conserving India’s vast natural, built and cultural heritage. He is also a Life Member of Junior Chambers International (JCI), a nonprofit organization working to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. Besides this, he is also a General Body Member of Sir C R Reddy Group of Institutes, his alma mater.
He is a benevolent person by nature, and apart from generating countless employment opportunities, he is also actively involved in a lot of charitable initiatives that complement the corporate social responsibility of this company. He is a fervent traveller and his idea of absolute repose is to spend time in silence and meditation or muck around with his grandchildren.
Mr. K A V V Prasad Rao
Founder and Executive Director
Mr Prasad Rao, an Electronics Engineer, comes in with over 18 years experience in the service and IT Industry. He had always been enthused by the idea of having his own business instead of the regular jobs that most engineers aspire for. Pursuing his own visions, he set up a Digital Typesetting and Graphic Design company called MAP Systems in the year 1994, as soon as his graduation completed. The venture was a success and had ample international clientele.
He later started another company called Kotnani Infotech which merged into Invensis Technologies and brought him to this company. Here, he has been a key leader of the Business Development team and ensures that Invensis focuses on understanding and providing what each of our clients need to make their investments pay off. His contribution to the company growth and diversification of services has been crucial and Invensis has seen a consistent and steady growth under his leadership.
He is passionate about cricket, has a keen interest in spirituality, and loves to travel around the world. He, along with Mr Rongala, has helped shape the organizational culture to what it is today and created an environment that not only assures efficient work delivery but also a tranquil working environment for the gigantic team that Invensis now manages.
