Are there any eligibility criteria that I must satisfy to avail your services?

No, we provide our outsourcing services to any company that has a requirement which we can address. We are mostly a B2B service provider, but for a few services we do enter into B2C engagements also. Can there be a case where Invensis refuses to provide a service to someone?

Invensis reserves the right to refuse service, although this is a very uncommon incident. This right is exercised only if the prospective client demands something that is either below the company values and etiquettes or is beyond the feasibility. We are glad that such a situation has never arised till date.

Who is eligible for free trials?

All first time customers are eligible for FREE trials. Invensis assumes that those who have already availed our services should not require a free trial for that particular service.

Is there a free trial for all the services you offer?

Yes. We try our best to provide free trials for every service we offer. If you have been refused a free trial for any particular service, Contact Us to report the matter and get an explanation within 24 hours.

How do I avail a free trial?

How many free trials am I entitled to?

Any first-time customer is entitled to only ONE free trial per service.

How can I be assured that the “free trial” has no hidden costs?

Our word serves as the assurance. The free trial scheme has no hidden costs of any sort and the customer is not liable to pay us anything for it.

Am I supposed to pay something if I do not avail your services after the free trial?

How can I get a superficial idea of your pricing plans?

If you are interested in any of our service, you can simply Contact Us for a Free Quote. We measure the magnitude of your project and provide a price quote accordingly. We try to avoid over-charging our clients with standard price lists and prefer to provide a quote based on the requirements.

Am I allowed to negotiate on the price that you quote?

Invensis always quotes the best price based on requirements of the particular client and usually leaves no room for any dissatisfaction or negotiation. However, if the client still feels that the quote is not justified, we are open to discuss and negotiate.

What are the available payment modes?

Our clients can pay us through PayPal, Wire Transfer, Credit Cards or Checks.

Do I have to make any advance payments?

Invensis has had a few cold experiences which is why we ask for a nominal advance payment as security. This amount is negotiable and an invoice is raised for it. Regular customers are exempted from advance payments owing to the mutual trust.

How often do you raise invoices?

This actually depends on the nature of the project and is communicated before signing the deal. Typically, we raise invoices once a month or whenever the project gets completed.

Can I be charged more than what was decided while sealing the deal?

Invensis does not entertain any price negotiations at the time of payment and makes sure that we do not inflate your invoices. However, if the requirement document has changed during the course of the project, the client might be liable to pay for the extra services provided to him. This is done with mutual consent from the client before raising the invoice.

How do I approach Invensis if I am interested to avail a service?

Is there any restriction on the projects that I can outsource?

Invensis does not impose any restrictions on what can be outsourced to us as long as it is a listed service offered by the company. However, Invensis does reserve the right to refuse service if the requirement does not comply with our values or is beyond feasibility.

What is the turnaround time (TAT) that Invensis offers?

TAT depends on particular service as well as individual project requirements. In general, it can range from 6 hours to 24 hours. Since we are located in India, our clients on the other end of the globe also get the advantage of time-zones. This is because Indian time runs 9.5 hours ahead of your local time, which means that we always deliver the work before you need it.

How do you prioritize between projects from different clients?

We do not. Invensis is currently handling numerous projects ranging from single seater to as huge as 1200+ seater projects. Still, we have never ever prioritized or given undue preference to any project over another. We treat single seater projects with equal importance as 100 seater projects, and that is how we have managed to meet all deadlines, deliver good quality to all clients, and build a huge community of satisfied clients.

How do you keep the client involved in a feedback loop?

Invensis has developed a web application called Invensis Hub where every client is provided with a username and password so as to ease and improve the quality of communication with the client. On the dashboard of this tool, the client can track the progress of his project by browsing all the major and minor developments which we regularly update on the system. Besides this, the clients can use the system to send us messages which are treated as high priority and are responded to immediately. If required, the clients also have the option to schedule meetings with us using this tool.

Can a client visit the Invensis premises and see how the work is done?

Of course, Invensis encourages client visits not only for business and project tracking, but also for cultural exchange and enriched interactions which are otherwise not possible. In case a client wants to fly down to the Invensis office for a floor visit, we not only show them around with complete transparency in business process, but also prefer to have informal outings with the client on mutual consent.

What security and privacy standards does Invensis observe?
