Experience: 1 - 3 years

Timings: Day Shift

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in product support via chat and email will be preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Keen eye for detail with the ability to finish work in a quick turnaround time
  • Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Should work as a team player and work with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in training and development industry as Customer Support Executive is an added advantage

Job Description:

  • Provide chat, email support to resolve user queries with proactive troubleshooting
  • Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies
  • Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality
  • Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in short turnaround time
  • Typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute with 99% accuracy
  • Should have experience of using chat tools such as Bold Chat, Zopim Chat, Live Chat etc
  • Should be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment
  • Should possess robust writing skills in both email and chat with proper grammar and punctuation
