Process Executive Non voice process

Our operations team is looking for highly motivated and talented candidates.

• Product data entry into e-commerce platform for various categories and multi-task within time limits.

• Compile, thoroughly check guidelines and verify accuracy according to guidelines to prepare source data for computer entry.

• Attend everyday team meet call for process updates.

• Attend training and review corresponding pages for content/attributes enrichment based on Content Guidelines.

• Analyze data provided and evaluate patterns, tagging, image flagging& order, materials etc. accurately.

• Coordinate with other teams on the execution of products.

• Report every day to the respective leads.

• Maintain and update relevant internal documentation.

• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

• Stepping up for other project related tasks as assigned and Capable of multi-tasking and managing time efficiently.

Required Skills

Knowledge of fashion, clothing and textiles.

Quick learner, Work independently and effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Ability to adapt to new changes/ technology in the process.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and analyzing large data sets.

In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Good to have skills

Creative flair and an eye for pattern, tagging and material approach looking at the image.

Excellent in communication skills.

2 to 3 years of experience as Ecommerce Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Accuracy is very important for this project, looking for a candidate to take their roles and responsibilities, well focused to achieve the set quality score.
