We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Manager/ Executives to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients. Your job as a business development manager/ executive is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and forging strong relationships with clients. You should bean active listener, have a convincing sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
- Experience in lead generation, talking to clients, fixing appointments, follow up with clients required
- Having existing relationships with clients to bring immediate business would be plus
- Enthusiasm and passion for sales and delivering above and beyond the norm!
- Ability to work on own with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Plan, organize and conduct key initiatives such as lead generation activities to acquire new customers.
- You are a hunter with a passion for sales, revenue growth, and new business opportunities.
- The person must develop a complete Business Development plan, build, and executes strategies. He is also required to build complete interactions with stakeholders internal/ external.
- Should build a good network in corporate market.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Initiate conversations with decision makers, qualify and manage inquiries, identify, and understand business needs, and Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Finding and developing new market.
- Proven sales track record
- highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
