Job Details

Job Title: Business Development Trainee / Executive

Location: Bangalore

Project: Invensis Learning

Education: Any Graduate – Any Specialization (MBA preferred)

Experience: 1 - 4 years Professional Experience

Timings: Day Shift (9 AM – 6 PM)

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in international voice process (Desired, not mandatory)
  • Motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, identification of customer needs and challenges
  • Excellent organizational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement
  • Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs.
  • Proficiency in writing customized email templates
  • Ability to make PowerPoint Presentations is a plus
  • Promotes teamwork by assisting others when needed
  • Recommend offerings that provide maximum value to customer which in turn benefits the organizational goal

Job Description:

  • Generating new leads through extensive web research and cold calling
  • Follow-up at regular intervals with the prospects / clients
  • Gathering intelligence about competitors
  • Accomplishing quarterly targets
  • Primary level of involvement in Business Development activities for US market
  • Refine his / her database on a regular basis and keep a check on it
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve the targets
  • Must be comfortable while addressing a group about the services offered
  • Documentation of all sales activity and sales leads
  • Ability to adhere to company’s standards and maintain professionalism in his / her conduct
