  • Minimum 1-year experience in accounts receivable follow-up / denial  management for US healthcare 
  • Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals 
  • Willingness to work continuously in night shifts 
  • Knowledge of Healthcare terminology, Appeals, ICD/CPT codes and Modifiers Prior experience of working in Medical billing software and taking actions Basic payment posting knowledge 
  • Prior experience working on provider portal.
