- Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals
- Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
- Knowledge of Healthcare terminology, Appeals, ICD/CPT codes and Modifiers Prior experience of working in Medical billing software and taking actions Basic payment posting knowledge
- Prior experience working on provider portal.
