  • Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary.
  • to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Gathering and analyzing trends within an organization's finances.
  • Putting together reports for management.
  • Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
  • Advising on finance-related decisions.
  • Developing and managing financial systems/policies.
  • Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documents.
  • Measuring the company’s financial performance based on financial records.
  • Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management.
  • Overseeing other aspects of financial operations such as bookkeeping and payroll.
  • Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-financial managers.
  • Record financial transactions for project, department, or company.
  • Prepare financial statements for internal and external use.
  • Reconcile spending with budget as part of job costing.
  • Analyze financial performance and forecast longer term horizons.
  • Recommend methods and strategies for cutting cost.
  • Maintain records and support auditing efforts.
  • Sales/ Freelancer’s commission preparation.
  • Reconciliation of Duty Deferment.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • VAT reconciliation & submission.
  • Working on pre-payments.
  • Working on fixed asset register.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Advise company and/or department management on financial decisions
